Eiffel Tower

Probably the highest altitude disused railway in Paris. [Editor's note: surely that's a light railway Ken] These spotlights on rail mounted trolleys used to be located on the uppermost third stage of the tower. They must have been exposed to high winds - and perhaps the occasional accident with the electric cable and flanged wheels!
