Woodacre Crossing
The Yuletide Yorkshire Explorer ran from Newport in South Wales to Leeds on 6th December. The train was hauled throughout by Chiltern Class 68 68014 and took a circuitous route round Birmingham and Manchester. It is seen here heading north at Woodacre prior to taking the Carnforth to Skipton route. Note the small headboard above the right buffer.
