Radcliffe [Tram]

The most modern railway station in Lancashire was the description in the Radcliffe Times on 5th June 1959 of the rebuilt station, which coincided with the introduction of the new Bury EMUs (later Class 504) see image 32761. The 1959 buildings are still in use under Metrolink, seen here as Tram 3024 slows on a Bury service in July 2013.
