Woodacre Crossing

17th July saw 45699 Galatea, in BR lined maroon livery, on its first Fellsman outing since restoration. Because of the dry conditions the Jubilee had diesel assistance in both directions. As West Coast have a large fleet of maroon Brush 4s, the decision to put large logo 47580 between 45699 and its coaches left linesiders puzzled. The train is heading home at Woodacre in the fading sunlight.
