Wombwell Main Junction

With a long rake of loose coupled coal hoppers pressing on the rear buffers, the regenerative braking on EM1 electric No 26039 will no doubt have been doing its stuff all the way from Woodhead summit. Here the train is nearing the end of its journey as it passes Wombwell Main Junction on its way to Wath Yard.
