Kelvin Bridge

The bridge over the River Kelvin used by the former Glasgow Central Railway, photographed looking south from the roadbridge carrying Great Western Road on 10 July 2005. The platforms of the GCRs Kelvin Bridge station stood on this structure. Eastbound trains arrived via the now bricked up section to the right of the bridge, having run in a tunnel below Great Western Road from Botanic Gardens. See image 4695
