Preston (Ribble Branch)

Long lost Preston station pilot 47472 was recreated for the weekend at the Ribble Steam Railway. 3F 0-6-0T 47406 from the GCR worked a photographic charter goods on Friday 3rd August and then all passenger services over the weekend. With 10B Preston shed plate on the smokebox the Jinty works a five coach train with the spire of St Walburgh's church visible through the gap in the trees.
