Fairlie Pier

Locomotive servicing facilities at Fairlie Pier in use on Monday 25 February 1963. In the background, beyond the fence running along the north side of the station, are the buildings and equipment associated with the NATO boom defence base. The former locomotive shed (in use by a boatbuilder at that time) is off picture to the left. See image 37141.
