Bridge of Allan
The up Highland Chieftain disappears into sunlit mist at Bridge of Allan on November 6th 2011. At the time, there was some doubt as to whether this long distance service could survive the eventual withdrawal of the HST stock and a 'Save the Chieftan' campaign had already started.
