Barton and Broughton
Having waited in Barton down goods loop for a Voyager to pass 66419 gets the Tesco containers under way again and draws forward onto the main line to continue its northwards journey. Originally there were four tracks from Preston to this point but they were reduced to two in the late 1960s, apart from an up loop just outside Preston and this one.
