Burton Salmon Junction
The former Burton Salmon Junction, North Yorkshire, in August 1980, meeting point of the lines from the Pontefract and Castleford directions. Approaching with a train on the latter is Peak 45060 Lytham St Annes, the locomotive that took the last scheduled passenger train over the Waverley Route 11 years earlier.
