On an overcast March day in 1964, with snow on the Ochil Hills, ex-NBR 256 Glen Douglas brings the Scottish Rambler No 3 railtour south over Alloa swing bridge into Throsk. In the foreground is the line to the former Royal Naval Armament Depot at Bandeath, now an industrial estate and general storage complex.
