St Erth

Sprinter in disgrace Arriva Wales liveried 150279 disrupted morning services on the St Ives branch by failing (note second door stuck open) and was parked in a siding at St Erth whilst a replacement was found. 153361 later arrived from Truro to pick up the roster. Branch trains use Platform 3 seen here, which is set slightly lower than the mainline platforms to the right. Access to the branch is controlled by the lower quadrant semaphore and the branch operations do not conflict with the main line.
