Euxton Junction
Voyager 221102 hurries north past Euxton Junction with a Birmingham to Glasgow service on 14 June 2008. The junction is at the rear of the train with the line to Chorley, Bolton and Manchester veering off to the left from the WCML. Recent vegetation clearance on the west side of the tracks has made a vast improvement to photographic opportunities in the area. For once palisade fencing has not replaced the traditional fencing which has been renewed at the same time.
