The platform face of Advie Station in October 2009. A regular visitor here during the shooting season was King Edward the seventh when he was Prince of Wales, since this was the closest station to Tulchan Lodge.

Because of visiting Royalty Advie Station was provided with quite grand accommodation. Alas this no longer exists and in its place there is now a pile of sand surrounded by many trees.
