Glenfarg line This line is closed and much of the route used by the M90. The line ran from Mawcarse Junction to Bridge of Earn via Glenfarg and was opened in connection with the Forth Rail Bridge. |

This line runs over fairly high ground and through an area which required two tunnels. The area is one of farmland and forestry.
The line was opened in connection with the opening of the Forth Bridge.
